  • Working in partnership with a South African family office, City Inc managed all aspects of the Crimscott St development, including off-market acquisition, planning, pre-construction, tendering, and overall development management.
  • City Inc also provided advisory support during the initial operational setup of Places Living.
  • The project delivered 115 co-living units, on budget and with a re-adjusted program (accommodating for COVID-19 delays), despite the unprecedented challenges faced by the construction industry, including COVID, Brexit, and hyperinflation.
