Riverside House is located at the corner of Woolwich High Street and Beresford Street. Positioned near the Royal Arsenal Riverside masterplan by Berkeley Homes.
Riverside House East is in planning for a 265-room upper mid-scale hotel. IHG HIEX has been selected as the operator for the hotel.
Collaborating with leading architects, Studio Moren. Planning application submitted with a committee decision expected in Q1 2025.
The project aims for BREEAM Excellent certification.
