About Project

Riverside House is located at the corner of Woolwich High Street and Beresford Street. Positioned near the Royal Arsenal Riverside masterplan by Berkeley Homes.
The site includes two blocks: a 14-story tower in the north and an L-shaped building in the south. Proposal involves converting the tower block to Student Accommodation (Class C3).
Major structural elements will be retained to reduce waste. External envelope will be replaced for environmental and economic benefits.
The project aims for a BREEAM Excellent certification.
